I wonder what is the meaning of "in developing the capacity to enjoy less". I think it is to say one should be enjoyful even if you have nothing, the less the better. One friend said : enjoy less in a luxurious way. What's your opinion? 😀
I like both answers. I like the feeling of living on least necessities, then I can focus on the pure spiritul life, sharing pure joy.
