It's embarrassing. Do your relatives bathe in clothes? Do children have to wear it? Religion is to liberate people's minds, not to set more ideological chains. People in ten thousand year world do not wear clothes. What I want to say is, do what you want to do so long as it won't do harm to others. 😛

To sleep without pajamas its just personal habits and choice. Body is natural and beauty, so to sleep without clothes seems be more respectful. I cannot see how it relates with the respect of Gods, and how the logicality is established. It probably is more of a religious discipline of Buddhism.
