The Fate of Ukraine Determines the Path of Humanity

A neighbor with a powerful fist stormed into Ukraine’s home, committing arson, looting, and rampant atrocities for nearly three years. This neighbor forcibly occupied Ukraine’s land and prohibited Ukraine from establishing cooperative and harmonious relationships with other neighbors. This is a mockery of human society as a whole and a degrading insult to human civilization.
The fact that a strong and malicious neighbor has been killing wantonly and destroying everything in another’s home for over two years demonstrates that the forces of civilization and justice in this world remain exceedingly weak. If civilized nations were in the majority, they would have already expelled Ukraine’s malicious neighbor, forcing it to compensate Ukraine multiple times over for all its losses.
The malicious neighbor’s bullying of Ukraine continues. If Ukraine loses, humanity’s hope of pursuing a more advanced form of civilization will be dashed. Justice will cease to exist in this world, and humanity will descend into hell. However, if Ukraine wins, humanity will usher in a golden age and step into an advanced state of civilization.
For humanity to have a more peaceful and beautiful tomorrow, we must defeat and utterly crush Ukraine’s malicious neighbor—Russia. Otherwise, humanity’s future will be bleak. If bullies and robbers benefit from oppressing others, countless small and large bullies and robbers will emerge across the globe.
Whether one supports Ukraine’s victory will become a touchstone for determining whether a person, a people, or a nation is civilized or barbaric. Those who support Ukraine—whether individuals, peoples, or nations—are civilized, while those who support Ukraine’s malicious neighbor are barbaric.
In this confrontation between civilization and barbarism, those who remain neutral—whether individuals, peoples, or nations—are reprehensible. Their neutrality essentially amounts to appeasement, permission, and tacit support for barbarism. In a village with a bully, the way to maintain harmony, peace, and happiness is for all villagers to unite and deal with the bully. If each villager only considers their own interests and does not offer mutual assistance, every villager will eventually become the bully’s victim.
If one fears the bully’s hard fists and gives up resistance, they will be doomed to live a life of sighing under the bully’s oppression. If one fears the nuclear blackmail of a malicious neighbor and abandons resistance, they will watch as the neighbor gradually annexes the entire world, dragging humanity into a dark and hopeless abyss.
Do not think that the suffering of a neighbor has nothing to do with you. If you ignore your neighbor’s suffering, torment, and agony, the same tragedy will eventually replay itself in your own life. Do not believe that the injustice suffered by someone on this planet is unrelated to you. If you turn a blind eye to others’ suffering and injustices, you will ultimately taste the bitterness of suffering and the sting of injustice yourself.
Here, I must warn the United States: You are currently the backbone of human civilization and the safeguard of humanity’s progress toward civilization. Your primary task is not to prioritize America, make America great again, or expel illegal immigrants. Rather, it is to go all out to help Ukraine defeat and crush its aggressor. You must spare no effort and employ any means necessary to strike down barbarism with even greater ferocity. Do not attempt to persuade the bully to stop its aggression with morality, righteousness, or fairness. The best way for civilization to deal with barbarism is to use its own methods against it. Justice can be both righteous and ruthless; barbarism can be met with a righteous brutality.
The approach of trading land for peace is unacceptable. This is akin to asking a woman to disrobe herself in exchange for the rapist’s promise not to harm her again. Only by enabling Ukraine to recover all its territories, expel the aggressor from its homeland, and demand double compensation for all its losses can humanity see the dawn of civilization. This will also serve as a warning to those nations, peoples, and individuals harboring ambitions of bullying others, compelling them to act as civilized members of the
world.
In short, if humanity wishes to continue thriving on this planet and hopes to usher in a more advanced form of civilization, the top priority is not developing technology, competing to seize more resources, or boasting about who is wealthier. Instead, it is to suppress the arrogance of bullies and robbers like Ukraine’s malicious neighbor.
