The Chinese Spring Festival is the most important Festival for Chinese people. So we started to prepare for it and spent a beautiful and pleasant night together with our friends.
We invited our landlord lady and the abbot of Buddhahoom nearby come to join our New Year Eve’s dinner. It is our big pleasure to spend this special night with them, thank you for taking care of us, and thank you for so much support you have provided for us in the past 2021.
Huiguang did the fried banana chips, and with Huiyi they did the dumplings. I was responsible for the other dishes, like the fried chicken, the fish, vegetables, fruits, and salad.
